Atar Games ("we," "us," or "our") operates the KYVLO mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use KYVLO, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
KYVLO does not require an account. Your game progress, stars, best times, coins, purchased items, settings, profile name and avatar are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this information.
KYVLO shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, app interactions with ads, and diagnostic information, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.
If you make an in-app purchase, the payment is processed by Google Play (or the Apple App Store on iOS). Atar Games does not receive or store your payment card information.
Advertising in KYVLO is provided by Google AdMob. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's settings (Settings > Google > Ads on most Android devices). Learn how Google uses information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
KYVLO offers optional in-app purchases of virtual coins. Payments are processed by the applicable app store. Purchases are verified on your device and are not linked to a personal account held by us.
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers described above (Google AdMob and the app store) as needed to operate the Service, or when required by law.
Game data stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall KYVLO or clear its app data. Because we do not hold an account for you, we do not keep personal data on our own servers. For questions or deletion requests concerning advertising data, you may also contact us at contact@atargames.com.
KYVLO is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through the Service. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
